Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

REDO Return Coverage
At checkout, customers may have the option to purchase REDO Return Coverage.
If you purchased REDO Return Coverage with your order, your return label is covered for eligible returns, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) once your return is approved and processed.
If you did not purchase REDO Return Coverage, you are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs are not refundable.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, we’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without the original packaging or included accessories

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Customers with orders shipping to a European Union country have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without providing a reason. A withdrawal request may be submitted before the order ships, while it is in transit, or within 14 days of delivery.
If your order has not shipped, the withdrawal will be processed as a cancellation and no return shipment will be required.
If your order has already shipped, you will receive instructions for returning the products.
Return shipping costs: When exercising the EU Right of Withdrawal because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. The applicable return shipping charge will be shown during the withdrawal process.
This charge does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact our customer support team if there is an issue with your order.
Eligible withdrawal refunds include the price of the returned products and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound shipping option offered at checkout. Additional charges paid for express, priority, or upgraded shipping are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For shipped orders, the refund may be withheld until the products are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
