Winners will get a direct message from our official Instagram account (@campsnapcamera) within 5 business days of the contest ending. We’ll never ask for payment, bank details, or passwords — if a message doesn’t come from our main account, it’s not us.

No. Being featured just means we liked your photo enough to share it in our gallery or on social media. It doesn’t guarantee a prize.

If we’d like to feature your photo in our Snap & Win submissions gallery, we’ll send you a rights request first. We have to moderate all photos before they appear on our website, so only approved entries will be shown. Saying yes is optional and won’t affect your chances of winning.

After the contest closes, our team reviews all eligible entries and scores them based on creativity, fit to the theme, and overall visual impact. The top-scoring entries become our winners.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of CampSnap, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

CampSnap, is the sole sponsor of this contest.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of CampSnap as final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

Entries will be accepted online starting 9.5.2025 and ending 10.5.2025. All online entries must be received by 10.1.2025

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by CampSnap from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Being featured on CampSnap’s website or social media does not guarantee selection as a winner.

Winners will be notified via direct message from CampSnap’s official Instagram account (@campsnapcamera) within 5 business days of the contest closing. CampSnap is not responsible for undelivered or unread messages.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at CampSnap’s sole discretion.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant CampSnap the right to request usage rights for your photo for display in the CampSnap Snap & Win gallery or related marketing materials. Granting usage rights does not influence winner selection.

10. General Conditions

CampSnap reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CampSnap’s reasonable control affects the integrity of the contest.

11. Release

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless CampSnap, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.
