Domestic standard 3-5 business days, domestic priority 2 business days, International standard 7-10 business days, International priority (where available) 3 business days via DHL.

Customers with an order shipping to a European Union country have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without providing a reason.

A withdrawal request may be submitted before the order ships, while it is in transit, or within 14 days of delivery.

If your order has not shipped: Your withdrawal will be processed as a cancellation. No return label is required, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped: Your withdrawal will be processed as a return. You will receive return instructions and, where available, a return shipping label through our withdrawal portal.

Return shipping costs: Customers exercising their EU Right of Withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. The applicable return shipping charge will be displayed during the withdrawal process and may be deducted from the refund.

This return shipping charge applies only when withdrawing from a purchase because you have changed your mind. Camp Snap will cover the return shipping cost for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible withdrawal refunds include the price of the returned products and the cost of standard outbound shipping. Additional charges paid for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

For shipped orders, the refund may be held until the returned products are received or proof of return shipment is provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

The cable that is provided with the camera, otherwise any USB-C to USB cable that is media reading will also function with all Camp Snap camera models. 

If you are connecting to your phone make sure that your phone has a native USB-C port.

For I phones this means I phone 15 or newer.

Will not work with a USB-C to lightning adapter

If you still have your box the back will say V10_ which will indicate your model number. If you don’t have your box anymore please email support@campsnapcamera.com with a photo of the back of your camera and order number so we can assist further.

Depending on your camera model there are different instructions, all filter(s) and instructions can be found on the support tab of the website, please ensure to read all instructions/watch the tutorial video. Please note all cameras come with vintage preinstalled on the camera.

The Camp Classic filter comes pre-installed. If you want to try something new, we’ve got a variety of downloadable filters—or you can create your own.

The 105 now uses the left toggle to turn the camera on/off versus the shutter button.
